Half day Striper trip with Capt. Blake

Blake is a well experienced guide and a class act. We started off in what looked like a pretty popular spot I’m guessing due to numerous boats that were there. We put a few in the boat then it slowed down and poof everyone around us was gone. We moved to a different area of the lake and had it to ourselves. We hit the jackpot.. non stop action.. At one point we had 5 rods bent at the same time. The first thing Blake did was call other guides in the area to tell them we’re covered in fish and where we were. He’s a good dude.. He knows his stuff. Give Blake a call and book your trip. You won’t regret it!!!

    Make no mistake, go with Blake

    ​I cannot recommend Blake on the Lake highly enough! I booked a trip with Blake hoping to catch some fish, but I walked away with so much more. It was a freezing, windy day on Lake Whitney—the kind of weather where you expect the fish to shut down—but Blake knew exactly where to go. ​What sets Blake apart is that he took the time to show me exactly what I needed to know to catch Striped Bass on my own in the future. His knowledge of the lake is incredible. Despite the brutal conditions, we didn't just catch a few—we caught our limit! If you want a guide who grinds hard for you and genuinely wants you to become a better angler, book with Blake.

    Fish weren't biting for anyone around. We caught some but more importantly made some great memories. Big thanks to Capt Blake for enjoying us. We will book again. Capt. Blake made all of us feel comfortable and I hope he enjoyed the show. He worked his tail off to get us on fish.

    Had a great time and caught fish. weather was rough but Capt. Blake worked hard to get us on fish and kept us enjoying a day on the lake. He was great with all of us on the boat. i would recommend a trip with him. I already have my next trip booked and will go again.

    Blake is an awesome captain and I definitely would recommend him for your next fishing trip. The fish bite was a little slow today, Blake did his best to keep us on the fish. We did end up taking some stripers home. Thank you Blake

    Blake was great. Worked hard to put us in the fish. They were finicky but still put some in the boat. Recommend the captain and will be back.
