Brian was our guide and he was so great! He was so friendly and eager to help us. We lost a few flies, but he was so gracious. Enjoyed our time so much and would recommend to anyone wanting to learn to fly fish!!!! Char
Thanks to Captain Anthony Poole for giving our Grandson a remarkably successful experience. Luca caught 12 fish on this trip and loved every minute of it. This experience for our grandson who has very limited vision, opened up an adventure for him that he was able to thoroughly enjoy despite his visual impairment.
Brian, Was a professional angler, I didn’t book this trip to fly fish, I booked it to learn how to fly fish correctly and pick a professionals brain. I caught 3 different types of trout and some grayling. We started fishing in an open area until I was comfortable casting and landing fish then Brian started showing me how to fish streams in congested areas, he showed me techniques that I’ve never seen even on YouTube. I learned how to read the water, how to approach a fishing hole. We were hunting fish! When we were done I felt confident I could successfully fly fish in my own! Just like golfing for the first time, it’s recommend to take a few lessons, same goes for fly fishing! We talked about gear selection and what flys to choose. I had so much fun. Thanks Brian
My 14-year-old son had an incredible time with Anthony! He caught fish in several hidden, locally-known spots and learned a lot along the way. Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip truly memorable. Highly recommend for a fun rewarding fishing experience!
