Организуя рыболовные туры из Нью-Йорка, Austin Outfitters приглашает вас ловить рыбу в спокойных, защищенных водах залива Джамейка, нижней части залива Нью-Йорк и Нью-Йоркской бухты с комфортом вместе с друзьями и семьей в поисках трофейной рыбы! В наших местных водах обитают как постоянные, так и мигрирующие популяции полосатого окуня, камбалы-флаук, горбыля и луфаря.

Капитан Остин родился и вырос в Бруклине и занимается рыбалкой в водах Нью-Йоркской бухты, Нью-Йорка и залива Джамейка уже более 40 лет. Он проработал в рыболовной индустрии более 20 лет и является автором 250 статей о ловле различных видов рыб в водах Нью-Йорка.

Вы будете использовать легкие снасти и такие техники, как донная ловля, джиггинг и спиннинг, в зависимости от того, какой вид рыбы вы преследуете. Кстати, у вас есть возможность выбрать туры продолжительностью от 3 до 6 часов, где вы будете ловить камбалу-флаук, полосатого окуня, луфаря и горбыля, в зависимости от конкретного сезона и погоды в день выхода.

Вы будете рыбачить с 21-футового катера Maritime Skiff 20D с центральной консолью и подвесным мотором Yamaha 115 4-тактным. Это сухое, устойчивое, чрезвычайно мореходное судно с широкой открытой планировкой, которая идеально соответствует нашей философии ловли на легкие снасти. На борту достаточно места для 4 человек одновременно. Мы работаем из двух разных марин по обе стороны Бруклина и организуем отправление из той марины, которая приближает нас к местам ловли. Это значительно сокращает время в пути и увеличивает время рыбалки для наших гостей.

Что касается удилищ, катушек и концевых снастей, все необходимое включено в стоимость. Ваша поездка также будет включать все необходимые лицензии на рыбалку на день.

Вы можете оставить себе весь улов, если это разрешено законом.

На борту для вашего удобства будут предоставлены бесплатные закуски и напитки, но вы можете взять с собой свои напитки или закуски, если хотите.

We took a chance spending one of our precious New York days out on the water instead of sightseeing, shopping or dining and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our entire trip.

I went fishing with Captain Austin and my two boys (9 and 11 years old), and it was absolutely epic. Austin is not only a master fisherman who knows Jamaica Bay like the back of his hand, but also an incredible teacher and guide, especially with kids. He was patient, kind, and turned every moment into an opportunity for my boys to learn, cast, reel, and have fun.

Everything about the experience was smooth, safe, and unforgettable. The views of Manhattan and Brooklyn from the bay are breathtaking, and the thrill of catching fish made it even better. My kids were beyond excited, and as a parent, watching their faces light up every time they felt a bite is something I’ll never forget.

After all the amazing things we did in New York — Times Square, Central Park, the musicals, shopping — this trip with Austin stands out as the most special moment of our vacation. The service, the attention to detail, the calm atmosphere on the water… it’s simply 100 out of 100.

If you’re in New York with family, kids, or even a group of friends, don’t miss this experience. The price is a bargain for what you get.

Unforgettable Fishing Trip – Above and Beyond!

Austin was absolutely amazing! He waited patiently even though we were very late and never made us feel rushed; instead he stayed out late to make sure we got the experience of a lifetime. He went above and beyond to make the trip special—especially for my 8-year-old son, who caught an actual shark!  

Kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, he made the whole experience fun and memorable--complete with offering ice cold water and granola bars he keeps for guests. If you’re looking for the best guide out there, this is the one. Highly recommend!

As a visitor to New York, I wanted something more than city streets and skyscrapers — and Austin Outfitters delivered just that. In just one trip, we caught 15+ fish including beautiful Summer Flounder, and spent a blissful day immersed in nature. Captain Austin is a consummate professional: knowledgeable, passionate, and kind, with over 20 years of experience and a spotless, well-run operation. It’s amazing how close New Yorkers are to the water, yet how few truly enjoy it — sometimes it takes a visitor to show how much fun is waiting just offshore. If you’re in the city and want a unique experience that feeds the soul (and the family), this is it. 10/10 — highly recommended.

Epic afternoon with Austin. 

He was fun, knowledgeable, kept us where we needed to be to keep the rods bent. 

Whole fanily had a blast. Brought in 15 fish between the four of us.
