Reef Runner Charters 

We had so much fun on our first charter fishing trip! Would definitely recommend a day in the water with Captain Paul!

The family thoroughly enjoyed the trip and each (4) of us caught a fish! What a fantastic day on the water with first mate, Avery and Capt. Paul. It was a bit rough out there but Capt. Paul still put us in position to catch the Mahi, seven total! Avery was quick to make space for the person reeling in the fish and quickly got the hooks baited and in the water again! Highly recommend the Reef Runner for a 1/2, 3/4 or a full day fishing trip!!

Wow - what an amazing fishing adventure! We have been on several private charters out of Islamorada in the past, and this was the absolute best. Captain Paul and Christian were very kind, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic. We caught a dozen mahi-mahi that we kept, and released another 1/2 dozen or so. I'm sure we could have caught more, but my family decided to cut the trip short because our boys were feeling a little sea-sick due to the rough waters that day. We were in Florida for a week, and this, by far, was the highlight of our trip. Bottom line - we highly recommend Reef Runner Charters, and will book with them again.

We arrived at about 6:30 am and met Capt. Paul. Later 1st mate and 2nd mate arrived and we headed out shortly afterwards after ice and supplies loaded. As we headed out we chased a great sunrise and within a couple of hours hit our first school of mahi mahi. As we brought fish in first mate was outstanding keeping the school chasing out bait. Very busy and very exciting. We had runs thorough out the day and ended up with 18 mahi mahi and 1 black tuna. Cannot express how we enjoyed the trip. Captain and crew were great, helpful (always polite) and answered our questions during the quit moments. The first mate was outstanding, knowledgeable and took care of business professionally. We would definitely not caught what was caught had it not been for the captain and crew. Our group of 4 (two couples) have fished (mainly lakes/rivers) but nothing like this before - truley an experience for us all. Thanks to Captain Paul and crew.

We had a great day going out with Captain Paul. He took us to a couple of spots to get fish. The 1st mate was very helpful as we fished the area. We were able to get some yellowtail snappers. Capt Paul and the 1st mate and 1st mate in training were great guys- we enjoyed talking with them and spending the morning fishing. I would recommend them if you are looking for a charter.

Bottom fishing was no good so it was decided to do a little something different. Well that worked out well for us! Vaught a massive sailfish..Captain and crew were great. They coached through out the catch. So we didn't catch dinner but this was SO much better.

We are still taking about how awesome this trip was days later. Captain Paul made sure our family had a good time from start to finish. We booked for Saturday, but the weather was bad. Thanks to Captain Paul we went Sunday and caught 23 keepers of Mahi. And threw back about 10-15 that were just under the legal size. Tip the deck hand, Christian worked tirelessly and made the whole experience worth while. Thanks guys!

Excellent job putting us on fish. 15 mahi-mahi/fish on a 3/4 day. Capt Paul also set us up at a local restaurant for a wonderful cook your catch dinner. First mate did a wonderful job also keeping us busy catching fish. Overall we had a great and very productive fishing trip. P.S. not everyone was having luck that day catching fish on other charters. Thanks again Captain Paul.

Had a great day out with Captain Paul and Dylan. Super easy going, caught tuna and Mahi, and got great restaurant recommendations to take our fresh catch to for dinner. Will definitely fish with them again!

Great day. Seas were a little choppy but still a great day on the water. 38 pounds African pompano and a 5 foot swordfish with serveral bites that got away. Deck hand worked his @ss off. I would use them again
