I am a native of south Florida and an Army veteran. I Grew up fishing in south Florida with my father and grand father. I grew up near the water so fishing after school was a daily event. I have been making my living fishing for the past 15 years and before that as a marine mechanic. I love taking people fishing, whether beginner or old salt I have a blast.

Capt Tom is friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable of the Pompano area. This was the first fishing trip for my 10 year old son and he had a ton of fun. Capt Tom put us on the fish within 30 minutes as we started off the trip by landing a nice King. Then got hooked up to a big sailfish within the first hour…after several long runs and a ton of jumping the sailfish threw the hook. We then moved further offshore in search of Mahi. We caught and released a few Jacks and a small Mahi. Overall, a great morning of fishing with Captain Tom and creating memories for a lifetime for me and my son. We will be booking next year’s fishing trip with Capt Tom!!!

Captain Tom is seasoned, knew where the tuna was, made sure we caught fish & made it easy for us to find him at the Alsdorf Park Boat Ramp in Pompeno. We caught black tuna, hammer head shark that broke the line & a couple more tuna’s that got away. Though we caught more in 2022, we still had a great time! We definitely recommend Captain Tom to all anglers :)

But after telling Tom what we wanted to target, he absolutely put us on fish. We ended the trip with two beautiful sailfish and a king mackerel, and even broke off what were likely two wahoo. Tom clearly knows what he’s doing and put us in the right spots. Great captain, great experience, and I’d highly recommend booking with him.

Nos enseñó sus técnicas de pesca. Se vé un hombre que sabe mucho del mar y de la pesca, es muy calmado y te da mucha confianza. Tom es un gran capitán, un gran pescador, buen profesional, amable y atento. Salimos a las 7h AM a coger pez pequeño para utilizarlo como sebo y antes de las 8h AM ya teníamos una barracuda enorme. Pescamos 4 barracudas y 1 Amberjack. Su barca era super cómoda . después cuando llegamos nos fileteó el Amberjack y nos lo llevamos a casa, fué buenísimo. Nos gustó muchísimo muchísimas gracias Tom!!!! Volveremos seguro

Экскурсия на полдня – Глубоководье - 7:00 AM • 4 взрослых • 1 ребёнокWe did a 4 hour deep sea fishing trip with Tom and myself and my son were seasick, and Tom was nice enough to drop us off at the dock, but still took my husband and daughter back out fishing, and they were able to catch a wahoo, sandbar shark and a Bonita. They had so much fun and came back with amazing pictures and wahoo that we're gonna have made at the seaside grill. This experience has been super amazing overall.

its august and the big blacken tunas are still around. normally they move on in June. there are some big kings coming over the side and a sailfish thrown into the mix. Mahi Mahi season is upon us and there are plenty around right now.

Top Sailfish Tagging Captain in the Atla

Captain Tom has won the award for the top sailfish tagging captain in the Atlantic ocean by the Billfish Foundation. Catching and tagging more sailfish than any other boat in the Atlantic. All of the fish were caught by customers who chartered captain tom throughout the year. Come catch sailfish with captain Tom and help him win the award again this year.

Sailfish are showing up in good numbers. We will start catching them through early may. Lots of kingfish as well. A few Mahi still around and the tunas are making their presence known.
