Capt Leon sent us out with Capt Jeremy. Our 1 yo daughter & 7 yo son were comfortable & had a wonderful time. Capt Jeremy took us out to water so clear & manageable - I was able to reach down & pluck scallops from the grass with a baby on my hip! A life memory made for all. Oh! We were running behind & Capt stayed out well past every other boat to let us get our full time. This is not the norm and very appreciated. We’ll certainly be back. Highly recommend!

Not only did we catch our daily limit of sea trout and redfish, but we also truly enjoyed every part of the adventure: the boat ride, the beautiful Gulf scenery, and the chance to learn more about what it takes to be a successful angler. This was a 50th Birthday gift to my husband and now I'm in a pickle because I had no idea how to top this one!!! I would recommend Captain Leo and Reel Time Outfitters to anyone looking to charter a fishing trip!! We caught a ton of fish - we'll be eating well for several meals - Mangrove Snapper, Grunt, Red Fish, and more! I am sure my husband has a great time, but so did our 11 year old son, we definitely made some core memories today! They are AWESOME! Thank you, Reel Time Outfitters!

He clearly knows the area extremely well and worked hard to make sure we had steady action. He did an awesone job making sure my teenage son had a great experience. He was patient, encouraging, and made the trip both fun and memorable for him. Professional, knowledgeable, and great with families. I’d absolutely book again and highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a productive and enjoyable day of inshore fishing. We caught at least 13 different species of fish and were able to bring home 5 different species of fish to eat.

Full Day of Scalloping & Fishing • 3 взрослых • 1 ребёнокCaptain Leon got us on the scallops and made sure we limited out on Redfish. Our son said it was his favorite fishing charter yet. We’ll definitely be back next year !

The key to getting the redfish is get on the water early so you can bet the storms in the afternoon. We are using live and cut pinfish on 4/0 circle hooks and 20lb leader. There has been some big schools of redfish on the outside islands.

Catching redfish to turn it into dinner. Come fishing with us here @ Reel Time Outfitters. Not only are memories made but you get to learn some yummy recipes.
Blackened Redfish bedded on cheese grits topped with corn maque choux!
Blacken fish with your favorite season. Cook in 2 tbsp of oil for 6 minutes on one side then flip cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
Prepare your cheese grits to your liking.
Prepare your corn maque choux.
Sauté 1 can of whole kernel corn, 1 cut up red and green pepper, 1 cut up jalapeño and 1/2 cut up onion in 2 tbsp of oil. Once sautéed, add 2 tbsp of either half and half or heavy cream and 1 tbsp of butter to sautéed veggies. Season with creole seasoning.
Top mixture to redfish and serve!

Snook & redfish season

Snook season is off to a great start it opened up on September 1st will end November 30th. We are targeting the snook on point with strong current using pinfish on a 3/0 live bait hook and 4/0 circle hook. Come and join us on a snook trip you can also catch nice redfish while we are snook fishing.

Mangrove snappers are the fish that is biting the best and the taste the best to so thats why we are chasing them. This is a easy fish for a first timer or seasonal angler we are catching them from 15ft to 36ft of water that is 4 miles to 7 miles from island using shrimp on a 3/8 oz Jighead
