Captain Mark has been fishing his whole life – he took up the sport at the age of five and has been hooked since. Together with his dad, Mark would regularly go fishing around the freshwater streams of California. He has been featured in various magazines and fishing TV shows. It's no secret that Capt. Mark knows where the best fishing grounds are. He is the president of the Laguna Madre Fly Fishing Association, and needless to say is a specialist in the art of fly fishing. He likes having people on the boat and helping them get on the fish.

Full Day Trip • 2 взрослыхCaptain Mark was fantastic. He has the knowledge, the skills, the equipment, and most importantly, an awesome attitude. We went to all the right places, great weather, perfect time of the season, held great discussions throughout the day, used the right equipment, and saw all kinds of wildlife (which made it even more enjoyable for me seeing all the great outdoors has to offer). I enjoyed every minute so much, I wasn't even thinking about how to make it better. We didn't hook into a snook, but he tried his heart out. We only managed to land three keeper sized (but boated and sighted a lot of fish...so they were there). My only possible tip, would be to mix up the techniques if one isn't working as well as expected (put some live bait in the potholes or use some cut bait under a float...something different). But that is a minor thought. I would certainly go out again or recommend Capt Mark. I've booked a lot of charters, and this is my second most enjoyable (had we taken home more fish, I have to remind myself it is called fishing not catching, this one might have been my favorite).

Half Day Trip (AM) • 1 взрослыйHad trouble with the engine before we set out. Captain Mark was determined to repair it and he did. He worked hard to find fish. Unfortunately weather wasn’t nice and fish were hard to find. It was a very enjoyable charter. Captain Mark is dedicated to the sport and you will not be disappointed. Thank You Captain.

Что клюёт у Snook On A Hook в South Padre Island
Время камбалы! Рыба будет прятаться около травяных отмелей и возле проходов. Также здесь водятся Tarpon, Snook, Redfish и морской окунь. Если погода позволит, Snapper в государственных водах - отличная добыча.
