Pre-spawn perch Fishing has been at it It's best in the last few days. I have been catching limits the last week out on torch Lake. Most fish ranging from 8 to 12 inches with the occasional fish over 14.

Lots of hard fighting fish to be had. Witb so many fish in the lake last week I expect there to be a good bite through the end of the month. Steelhead are in the system as well in targetable numbers.
