Do the near shore charter first, just to get the feel of being out on big water. Listen to your captain, he will guide to a good experience. TAKE seasick meds with you! I am an avid fisherman (on the water all the time), but that tossin back and forth got, once I "Chummed" the water, I was good to go.To add, make sure you have drinking water and Ice, 91 degrees can zap you quick, I think that agrevated the seasickness.

if its July or August, get hydrated the day before and in my case I froze a couple of bottles of gatorade/propel, put them in a small cooler with a block of ice and they stayed cold all day, so I stayed hydrated and felt good all day.
