It was a great trip. Phil took us in shore which was easier on my 86 year old Dad and my wife who is not a fan of being out to far from the shore line. We tried a couple different approaches and Phil got us on fish. Highly recommend.
My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time on our fishing trip! From the moment we left the dock, Captain Phil knew exactly where the fish were biting. His knowledge of the area and determination to keep us on the fish made this one of the best fishing trips we have ever had. We caught an incredible variety of fish, including snook, needlefish, snapper, catfish, trout, pinfish, and even hooked into a shark! It seemed like every stop brought another exciting catch, and there was never a dull moment. Not only was the fishing fantastic, but the captain was friendly, professional, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. We made unforgettable memories, caught more fish than we expected, and had an absolute blast. We can’t wait to come back and fish with this captain again. Five stars all the way!
My son and my two friends had an absolute blast with Awestruck. Capatin Phil was very personable and knowledgeable. We were able to catch a variety of fish at the areas he took us to (plenty for a great dinner). He even took extra time with my 8 year old son who actually caught more fish than the rest of us. This was the highlight of our trip to the area and I highly recommend him. He even informed us of some other species he like to fish for if you are looking to just have fun and catch as many as you can. We also got to see dolphins (who kind of shut us down at our first location after we were on a roll) and a manatee at our second spot. I cannot thank him enough for a great time and I will definitely be looking him up when we are back in the area. 5 stars for sure!
My wife, son, and I had a great trip with Capt. Phil. We did a 6 hour trip and started offshore and then came back in and fished for Snook. We caught a bunch of fish and brought some back for fish tacos! Phil is a great guy and is perfect for families. I highly recommend. We hope to fish with him again soon!
Captain Phil was absolutely amazing. He went the extra mile to make sure we caught fish, and we ended up catching a ton of big snook along with speckled and silver trout. He knows the waters extremely well and put us on some awesome spots all day. He was kind, patient, and made the whole trip a great experience. Highly recommend booking with Captain Phil , he’s a wonderful guide and an even better person!
My daughter a friend and myself chartered an 8 hour trip. Captain Phil notified us of the weather shift and modified our trip to work around it. We had a great trip and were able to land several large fish as well as catch our limit on sea trout. This was the best charter experience to date. We plan to use Phil the next time we are in the area.
