Capt. Dunkin was awesome to fish with. He did a great job coaching the kids how to get the fish on the boat and how to catch trout and Reds on artificial lures. He got us started on Live Croaker and we caught a bunch of under sizd trout, but After we Lost the 1st keeper it looked like we might not get to keep fish. His experience and knowledge of the bay quickly got us turned around. He took is to a remote spot, put us on a drift and enough said...easily caught over 50 fish today. Amazing!
enjoyed you and the boys they were quick learners love teaching kids how to fish. like i said give a man a fish he eats for a day , teach a man to fish he’s broke for life. LOL
My husband and I took our 12 year old nephew on a bay fishing trip. Capt’s motto is, of you dont catch you dont pay. oh we caught alright-42 keepers and 12 throw backs! Dunkin will put you on fish. He is straight forward and no frills. So, if your kid is sensitive they may not adjuat to him. we had a blast and our nephew caught several different species of fish. We will be back! Now onto fosh tacos, fish fry, grilled fish… Thanks-Capt. Dunkn!

We had an awesome experience with Dunkin’ Fishing Guide Services in South Padre. It was an all-around great day on the water — we caught a ton of fish and had a blast the whole time. The guide was knowledgeable, easygoing, and clearly knows these waters well. Whether you’re experienced or just looking for a fun day fishing, they make it enjoyable and productive. Highly recommend if you’re in South Padre and want a fun, successful fishing trip!

Cpt Dunkin took a last minute booking we made. The day was not the best day for fishing, however my brother and I booked anyway since it was his bday. The trip started with a phone call at 6:35am from the cpt to see if we were in route to the rendezvous point, 7 am sharp we left the dock, and the Cpt took two broke down veterans with limited fishing experience and a combined weight of 600 lbs on his solid 24’ boat and and put us on some fish. You have to be patient, your expectation can’t be to limit out in the first 2 hours. He guides you through the casting process and techniques and looks to see if fish are biting and if not he moves to the next spot. Overall all my brother and I were very pleased with the overall experience and will book again in the near future. P.S. We limited out on trout, but these were big fat trouts all at 18-20 inches. Thanks again

Captain Doig was great and instructed my son how to fish. this was his first fishing experience and learned the basics of holding the rod, casting. and reeling in. Captain Doug had lots of knowledge and knew were to go to find the fish.
