A&C Sportfishing Charters LLC is a full-service fishing charter company operating along the southern banks of Lake Erie. Locally-owned and operated by Captain Alex Zelinko, every charter has been built from years of experience out on the lake. You'll be fishing the best spots around to bring in a boatload of fish and have a blast doing so!
Capt. Alex's 272 Sport-Craft boat was built to dominate the lake. Her ample deck space lets you all fish at once while dipsy divers and planer boards bring hard-to-reach fish. She has a livewell to keep your bait fresh and ice chests for you catch. In short, she has everything you'll need for some awesome angling.
The boat has plenty of room for up to 6 guests. She has a comfortable cabin where you can escape the elements and even has a private head (bathroom) for extra comfort on longer trips. This makes her perfect for families, kids, and anyone who wants to enjoy a great day on Lake Erie.
Spend the day chasing either Walleye or Steelhead, Capt. Alex's specialty species. Walleye trips focus on either drifting or trolling, while Steelhead fishing involves a variety of techniques depending on how deep the fish are.
All A&C Sportfishing Charters trips come with quality rods and reels, as well as a choice of lures and live bait. Capt. Alex prepares his bait ahead of the trip so you can spend as much time as possible fishing. My son and I had a great morning trip with Captain Alex. Knowledgeable and really easy going guy. A lot of fun bringing in walleye. I should point out that the listing says cleaning and filleting are included but that is not the case. Alex pointed us to a fish cleaner about 15 minutes away that worked out fine. Also, I know some folks prefer to bleed out their walleye on the boat and that is not done on this charter. But a great time on a really well equipped boat with a captain who knows what he's doing.
We had such a great experience! Captain Alex took us straight to the fish. Our day started with Alex making sure that our grandson caught the biggest fish :) ...at least for most of the trip. We caught so many Walleye. I had no idea fishing was so easy and fun! And now we get to enjoy fish dinners with our family.
Captain Alex was fantastic. Family friendly and he put us right on the fish with steady catches for the half day trip. We will be calling to setup another charter in the spring and we would definitely recommend anyone looking at this Charter company to book their trip.
Alex was awesome. He accepted our reservation last minute after another captain canceled, saying the conditions were too rough. Lake Erie averages 2-3 ft chop. We experienced about 3-6 ft chop. Alex handled it like a pro, put us on 28 walleye and a handful of drum. Very happy with the experience overall and would highly recommend Alex!
