The fuel cost and time invested were substantial, and no other charter provider would typically accommodate such a request. 2.Weather conditions were communicated prior to booking. Despite the deteriorating weather, we accommodated your desire to fish for 45 mins. Returning to Silhouette Island was a decision made for everyone's safety. 3.Regarding payment, the 800 USD you claim to have paid out of the 1800 usd fee also included the Fishing Booker commission and a partial bank transfer. The full amount owed was 1000 USD. Refusing to pay for the service provided led us to involve the local police, and a resolution was reached. 4.Efforts to contact you post-trip were extensive, including messages, calls, and attempts through your hotel. Involving the police was a last resort due to non-payment. You agreed to pay 400 usd extra which covers only part of our fuel for the trip round trip. 5.We take pride in the cleanliness of our boat, and the alleged issues with a messy ship, garlic smell, and fishing gear are inaccurate. Catering is done off-boat, and the storm conditions contributed to the cabin's confined space. 6.We encourage honesty in reviews and believe providing a comprehensive view of the situation is crucial for fairness.
