Had to dodge rains and heavy winds, but Capt. Perry still managed to get us on some fish after leaving charter up to us given the rainy forecasts for the day. While bite was slower than any of us would have liked, my daughter and I had a great time on the water. Capt. Tom was fun as well.

There aren't many Captains out there these days who don't have to rely on a full complement of electronics to find fishing spots. I've been fishing with Capt. Perry for a long time, and rarely does he even look at the screen. When he pulls up to a spot and says "drop 'em" or "cast up there, 10ft to the left of that pole" that's all you need to do. He has true local knowledge. His boat is nice, with lots of room to move around and plenty of storage. First mate Cooper is a future Captain in the making. Do yourself a favor and book a trip with Capt. Perry; you won't be disappointed.

Captain Perry ran us all over the Cumberland Sound, Crooked River and other Hotspots and put us on the Reds and trout. The boat, gear and knowledge he's got had us putting fish in the box. I really enjoyed the day and the boat is super clean, reliable and we all had plenty of room. The spot lock trolling setup is a dream on those windy days. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a charter.
