Fabulously Fun!

Captain Dan was awesome as was the experience! We booked the “after work” time slot, 5pm. My 2 teenage sons, my brother and I were on this adventure. Captain Dan was very knowledgeable and personable, which made the experience even better! Knowing that my boys were experienced in bass fishing ( Northern IL ) he challenged and taught them quite a few things that broadened their knowledge even more about fishing. They reeled in their own catches, with great fights from (catfish and jacks) and with the Capt always providing supportive feedback, “tip up”😊The boat was the perfect size and allowed for ample movement between the fishing rods. Although we weren’t able to get a tarpin to bite, they were all around and fun to see them following the bait. The ride back was smooth and fun even with some impending storms looming. Capt Dan made sure we were all comfortable and safe the whole time! I highly recommend Salty Intentions to anyone looking for an overall awesome experience! When we are in FL again we will definitely charter with them again. Thank you Capt Dan!

Half day experience - 12:00 PM on јануар 4, 2026 • 2 adults
Capt. Jeffrey put us on the bite within 10 minutes. Chased the birds and scored giant 15-20 lb jacks! Decided to move on to other species and Capt. Jeffrey worked it hard to connect. Super personable, great equipment, and a fine day on the water. Spent a lot of time educating my 14 year old on techniques, knots and sharing general fishing knowledge. Will definitely book again!

Great time on the water with Captain Dan! He had on fish almost immediately, and it felt like every cast we were landing something! We even caught a small bull shark at very end of the excursion to top off a great evening with Captain Dan. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic trip with Daniel! Took my 8 year old daughter and 14 year old son and he was great with both of them. We caught a wide variety of fish species and learned a lot. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with this charter again!!
