First Time Catching on Lake Okeechobee

First cast got a nice bass… second cast another… third cast a bite and a new shiner… fourth cast another bite and a new shiner…
(dad here) I started a little slower…cast…sit…no bite…cast…wait…no bite. Then…a bite and a nice healthy good lookin Okeechobee bass and picked up another 3 for the afternoon. Great Captain and even better guide. Pulled up at a nice spot that produced.
We caught 12 fish in total… four for me… and eight for my son.
Great half day…one odd moment…having Roland Martin flip off my son…but thats a different story.

Great Morning on the Water

Caught a lot of fish with my son Jake and friend John. Had a great guide/captain. Took care of us the whole trip. He even double checked the night before if we wanted to use live bait. He had fished that day and recommended the use of live bait if we wanted to catch more. Roda and reels were in great condition. No issues whatsoever

Our captain, Reinaldo, did a great job. He was very friendly and helpful and prepared. We were out on the lake within minutes of meeting him at the boat. We caught fish and learned a lot during our half-day trip. We certainly recommend him as a fishing guide.

I booked this fishing trip for my husband's birthday. He and his friends had a blast! Captain Rojas was great! He communicated well with me and was patient and understanding when we had some scheduling nuances. Will most definitely be booking again! The guys caught lots of fish and had a great time! I cannot thank Captain Rojas enough!
