Around here the fishing is popular for Cobia, Black Grouper, Mahi Mahi, Crayfish, Goliath Grouper, Grunt, Red Grouper, Hogfish, Horse-eye Jack, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel (Kingfish), and more if conditions allow. During the trip you might be spinning, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.

Capt. Richard is happy to have kids aboard, so get 'em offline and onto the water! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Also remember to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!

Your adventure begins aboard a 23' Panga with capacity for 5 passengers. It has all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It's recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board.
