Our trips are run aboard a Pathfinder 2300 HPS, one of the most versatile and comfortable boats in its class. With a smooth, dry ride and plenty of seating, it's the perfect platform for exploring the inshore and nearshore waters around New Smyrna Beach, Ponce Inlet, and Mosquito Lagoon. From sunrise cruises to family adventures surrounded by dolphins and manatees, every detail is designed with your comfort in mind.
When it comes to fishing, we take pride in using only top quality gear Shimano reels and Crowder rods to ensure every hookup feels as smooth and powerful as it should. We specialize in targeting trophy inshore species like snook, redfish, and tarpon, providing thrilling battles and lifelong memories for every angler aboard. Whether you're after a bucket list catch or a laid back day exploring Florida's scenic waterways, Slick Calm Charters delivers the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.

We had an outstanding experience with Slick Calm Charters! From the moment we got on the boat, it was clear we were fishing with a knowledgeable, hardworking guide who genuinely wanted us to have the best night possible. He was incredibly helpful throughout the trip, always offering tips and making sure we were in the best position to succeed. What really stood out was how flexible he was with our target species. He listened to what we wanted to catch and worked hard to put us on fish instead of sticking to a one-size-fits-all game plan. Thanks to his expertise, we landed some of the biggest redfish of our lives—an experience we won't forget anytime soon! His knowledge of the water and ability to consistently put us on quality fish was truly impressive. If you're looking for a guide who's professional, personable, and dedicated to giving you an unforgettable day on the water, we can't recommend Slick Calm Charters enough. What an incredible day on the water! From the moment we left the dock, everything was first-class. Brian was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard to put us on the fish. He knew exactly where to go and when to move. He was always willing to share tips and help whenever needed. The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making the entire trip enjoyable. What really stood out was his positive attitude and professionalism, he made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend booking with Brian and Slick Calm Charters

First time we ever went fishing out on the ocean, we caught several red snapper and lane snapper off shore and captain Brian took us inshore to catch some red drum. We both caught 40 inch red drum before we left and had a great time chatting and hanging out enjoying the beautiful weather. We were both super stoked for reeling in the biggest fish we’ve ever caught thanks to captain Brian! We also got to see some dolphins and sea turtles along the way. 10/10 recommend Slick Calm Charters for anyone trying to fish in the area :)

Captain Brian is the man. We had an offshore fishing trip planned but the weather wouldn't permit so Captain Brian decided it wouldn't be safe to go offshore. He gave us the option to reschedule or try to get of some fish inshore. Managed to get on a big jack pretty quick and we continued to catch fish throughout the day. When it was all said and done Captain Brian made sure to refund the difference for the offshore trip and that I got the pictures of the fish I wanted. All in all a great trip definitely worth it.

took my two sons out and one friend. was a little nervous as my 7yr old son has a very short attention span and has never been out fishing on a boat before. Captin Brian was great and keep him engaged with everthing and answered all 200 questions he had….he was able to get us on some fish even on a day when others werent catching…. would highly reccomemd for future trips….
