These waters are known for Salmon, Sunfish, Chinook Salmon, Lake Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Carp, Northern Pike, Coho Salmon, Largemouth Bass, Walleye, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. You can expect to do some spinning, trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Capt. Jonathan operates a 21' Sundance NX21 center console with space for 4 passengers. It has downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Jonathan has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Family Friendly Fishing

Chose Random Hookups because it seemed like a more affordable and family friendly option for my 8 year old son's first fishing charter. Captain Jonny was great with my son. We caught a bunch of fish and had a great time. Highly recommend to any families out there looking for something that's good for kids and won't break your bank.

Morning tour for lake trout & salmon

He displayed guidance, generosity, and determination on the water to find & catch more fish with positive energy- I could tell he loves helping people get on fish! Random Hookups was fun and productive

Took my two children out aged 10 and 12 and the captain made sure that they were safe and had fun. We caught several species including walleye and bass. Jonathan was knowledgeable about the techniques needed to produce our catches. Really had a good time and my kids want to fish all the time now! Jonathan is a new breed of charter captain and very polite , friendly and knowledgeable.

Night Time Walleye Trip

Took a Walleye trip with Jonny and the experience was great. Jonny knew his spots very well and knew exactly when the bite would turn on. He always had a backup plan which was great cause it made it easy to get onto the fish! Overall great experience.

Half Day Walleye Trip

Booked a walleye charter with Capt. Keyes. Had non stop hook ups and nearly maxed out. Been on the bay a while fishing and never hit walleye, with him it was too easy. Will be booking again for sure.
