If you're ready to experience fishing in Beaufort, we've got you covered with Seas So Shallow Charters. Captain Stephen will be your guide, allowing you to benefit from their sportfishing experience.
Local species include Redfish, Tripletail, Bonnethead Shark, Cobia, Spotted Seatrout, Black Drum, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Ladyfish, and more if you come at the right time of year. You'll target your catch by spinning, popping, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Capt. Stephen is happy to have kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!
You'll step aboard a 22' Pathfinder 22 Tournament Edition bay boat with space for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
A few items to bring include sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.

Texas trio in South Carolina. Captain Stephen knew where to go. Trout, flounder and reds with three rookies on board
we caught a variety of fish & a sting ray we saw dolphins, a manatee & lots of birds Cpt. Stephen was awesome & provided everything needed for a great experience including a few jokes I recommend this trip for anyone wanting a laid back fishing trip
