Discover Mount Pleasant Fishing with Melton Angling Charters
Experience why fishing in Mount Pleasant is so highly regarded with Melton Angling Charters. These waters are home to Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Tarpon, and more depending on the season.
Your adventure will take place aboard a new 20' Pathfinder bay boat, designed for both comfort and performance. The vessel accommodates up to 4 guests and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a successful day on the water. You'll be fishing with top of the line St. Croix rods paired with Shimano reels.
Fishing licenses are also included - simply arrive ready to fish. Clients will have the option to fish with live bait or artificial lures. Please note that some species may be subject to regulations or seasonal restrictions, and your captain will keep you informed.
To make the most of your trip, bring along sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat. Complimentary drinks are available on board, and you're welcome to bring your own as well. Alcohol is permitted in moderation, though hard liquor and glass bottles are not allowed.

Cpt. Tom delivered! I asked him if he could put us on fish so we could have lots of action, and find a few we could have for dinner and he did just that! Was ready with the boat in the water when we arrived, and had everything we needed for a great time fishing. I estimate we caught over 30 fish, even with the cold and windy conditions! He knows his stuff and it was great to spend a day on the water with him. Highly recommend him for your trip! Classy guy that Cpt. Tom.

Half Day trip with Captain Tom

My friends and I had an incredible time fishing with Captain Tom in Charleston. It was one of the best fishing trips I've ever been on. Captain Tom was knowledgeable about all the local spots and knew exactly where the fish were biting. He was also super friendly, and the boat was comfortable and clean, with all the gear we needed. He made everyone feel at ease, even my friend who had never fished before. I can't recommend his charter enough—we'll definitely be back for another trip!

Amazing experience!

We caught several red fish, sea bass, and even a flounder! The captain was very patient and kind, and he made sure everyone was involved and had a great time.

Second Trip!

This was our second trip with captain Thomas and as before, it did not disappoint. We had a great time and he is so easy to fish with! We will be back again!
