These waters are home to Salmon, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Lake Trout, Lake Whitefish, and more with any luck. You can expect to do some spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!
You'll be dropping lines from a 28' Bayliner cuddy cabin with room for 5 passengers. It comes with downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't leave home without bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

My girlfriend and I had a great time with Capt Zack and first mate Max. Zack is a great guy and put up with me asking him 5 hours of technical questions while still putting us on fish. I went to trolling college and caught some fish, was a great day over all! Also worth heading about 15 mins north to see Kathy at the junk store/ bait shop. You wont regret it.

Hi I'm Capt. Zak, your guide to an unforgettable fishing adventure in the waters of Kewaunee, Wisconsin. Keep your eyes peeled for Lake Whitefish, Salmon and Rainbow Trout (Steelhead) as you try your hand at bottom fishing, spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, and more. I grew up on the shores of Lake Superior to the inland fishing resort of his Minnesota grandparents and now onto magnificent Lake Michigan. I've been teaching fishing since I was about 9 years old and guiding shortly after. This is what I love, I am also keen on safety, so you are in trusted hands on the water with Fatboy Fishing. Meet Max, my young and beyond his years intelligent first mate. He shares the love of people and fishing and enjoys the memories that are created while on the water. The only way to learn is to join them on your own adventure and see what story you will share together!
