These waters are known for Scamp Grouper, Red Grouper, Pompano, Flounder, Permit, Black Drum, Bluefish, Great Barracuda, Cobia, Gag Grouper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Amberjack, and more – with any luck, you'll hook into a few! You can expect to do some spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Jason can also have you Flounder gigging. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.

Capt. Jason operates a 25' Morgan center console that holds up to 5 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Don't leave home without a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
