Spend the day with Pavones Hunter and see what's biting in Pavones! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Michael can tell you all about them.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Great Barracuda, Mahi Mahi, Broomtail Grouper, Blue Marlin, Almaco Jack, Sailfish, Roosterfish, Cubera Snapper, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, and who knows what else!
Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.
Children are welcome, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks!
Your excursion begins aboard a 31' Panga with space for 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Michael has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's always wise to bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks included on board.
The click of a button is the only thing keeping you from a great day on the water with Pavones Hunter!

Michael and his brother were fantastic. We chased tuna and eventually hooked up on a giant around 130 lbs that we landed after a 1 hour 40 minute fight. Captain's boat positioning during the fight was perfect and played and instrumental part in landing this fish. In addition we also caught mahi and bonito. Just a great day out on the water

it was a incredible day with great people and exellent fishermen, big fight and it ended great catsh.
