Very old boat

This boat is being held together by duct tape. Litterally the helm is held together with duct tape. It says fighting chair and AC, this does not exist. Toilet paper for women in restroom, not there. Soap or maybe hand sanitizer in bathroom, pass. Thankfully we had some. Large amount of exhaust in a confined space or dirty bean bags, they have it! The crew and captain were nice, but taking a family and some non-fishing people out to catch some fish, not the right boat trying to make an exciting first impression. We gave up on sport fishing to bottom fish and slow poked to a new spot for 45 minutes plus, yet took us under 45 minutes to pull lines and go all the way back in. Captain could have called it and tried to make a good name by cutting the trip but milked it for the whole time while knowing the fish weren’t biting. He also notified me near the end he wasn’t familiar with the area. So maybe that didn’t help not catching anything.

We appreciate you noting the captain and crew were nice, but several statements in this review are simply inaccurate.
This is a serious sport-fishing boat built to fish hard, run safely, and produce fish, not a luxury sightseeing charter. That’s exactly why we remain one of the busiest and consistently 5-star rated sport-fishing operations in the area.
The “duct tape” referenced is grip tape on the steering wheel, used so the captain can maintain control when the wheel is wet — a common and practical safety measure on working fishing boats.
When the trolling bite slowed down, we adjusted the plan to try to put a bend in the rods, which was something your group specifically asked for.
The claim that the captain wasn’t familiar with the area is also incorrect. He may have mentioned he’s originally more familiar with the Riviera Beach area, but he has fished within a 50-mile radius of these waters his entire life.
If the expectation was a luxury yacht experience, those charters are available locally at roughly double the cost. Our focus is running a safe, hardworking fishing machine that puts people on fish
