Depending on conditions, you might hook into Red Snapper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Gag Grouper, Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Redfish, Sheepshead and whatever else takes the bait. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. You're welcome to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!
Capt. Carlos will bring you aboard a fast 32' Wellcraft center console V Hull for a stable ride, Latest electronics (for quick fish location) and safety equipment, with space up to 6 passengers. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Carlos has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included (when available).
Depending on trip size and package we may run with the help of a First Mate. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Some essentials to bring are a hat, sunglasses, sodas, gatorade, snacks and sunscreen (non-spray). Some water will be provided. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Captain Lugo made our son’s birthday unforgettable. From the moment we left the dock, he was professional, patient, and clearly knew exactly where to find the fish. He made sure our son felt like the star of the trip—teaching him, encouraging him, and celebrating every catch. We had an incredible day on the water, caught some great fish, and made memories for our family. We caught full limit of red snapper caught a Big cobia and trolled and caught king mackerel the captain went over all safety gear in his boat, and has beanbags for you to sit on on the way out, which takes all the stress away very smooth ride he detoured around rainforest so we did not get wet overall great Captain had a plan
We recently went on a fishing trip with Captian Carlos Lugo and his deckhand AJ. They were really great helping us all catch fish. We caught so many fish we limited out of Red Snapper. I recommend Captian Lugo to all my friends and family. I can't wait till go out on another fish trip with Captian Lugo: great gentlemen & good conversation.
Captain Carlos and Andrew took such good care of me and my sons. It wasn’t 30 sec after he told is to drop out lines and we were on the bite. Andrew was Johnny on the spot with bait and unhooking fish. Weather was dicey but Cap got us home safe! Great Trip

What a great experience we had with Captain Carlos Lugo. He took us out on his beautiful boat and we were on fish within an hour of leaving the dock. We hit our limit of red snapper in 20 minutes at our first spot. After we went trolling and caught the Mahi and the Cobia. Captain Lugo was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the water. I would definitely go again. This was a trip to remember
