LBI Charters 

If you want to be fishing in Barnegat Light with a captain that has fished these water since the age of 12, you need to check out LBI Charters.

These waters are known for Black Seabass, Tautog, Flounder, Striped Bass, Scup (Porgy), Common Ling, and more – all of which are species Capt Greg has been targeting for over 40 years! On these trips, you can expect to bottom fish using light tackle and cast lures/live bait for Striped Bass.

If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are also a good idea to stay fueled throughout your trip!

Capt. Greg operates a 28' Crowley Beale downeast boat with room for up to 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Greg has over 40 years experience fishing off LBI, and specializes in bottom fishing. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well any bait or lures you need for the day. Trip includes ice for your catch and fish cleaning at the end of your trip.

Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, a hat, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and any food your crew may want for the day. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
