If you're ready to enjoy fishing in Bello, we've got you covered with Akua Fishing Expeditions. With Captain Pablo at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.

Yellowfin Tuna, Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Cubera Snapper, Roosterfish, Lesser Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Goliath Grouper, and more could be biting, depending on conditions. On the day of your trip you're likely to jig. The Captain also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

You'll be casting lines from a 30' panga that can carry up to 8 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and all the essentials. Capt. Santiago will supply rods and reels for you. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't forget to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.
