La Rumba

These waters are known for Black Marlin, Sailfish, Striped Marlin, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Blue Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Roosterfish, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some.
On these trips, you can expect to using light tackle.
Capt. Yoel is happy to have kids aboard, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are also a good idea – lucky for you, there will already be some on board!
Capt. Yoel runs a 38' Pesca deportiva with capacity for 7 passengers. It comes with outriggers, all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
Rods, reels, and tackle are included, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks included on board.
And that's it! Your fishing trip with La Rumba is just a click away.
