Your fishing machine for the day is a 23' bay boat that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you.
You might need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.

We had a great half-day wade fishing trip with Captain Micheal on Matagorda Bay! From the time we left the dock, it was obvious he knows these waters inside and out. He worked hard to keep us on the fish, was patient, and made sure everyone had a great experience. We caught trout, learned a few new tips along the way, and had a lot of fun. Captain Michael is easy to talk to, professional, and truly enjoys what he does. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable guide who will work hard to make your trip successful, I highly recommend booking with him. We’d definitely fish with him again!

If you need a child-sized life jacket, just let me know ahead of time. Feel free to bring snacks and anything else that will make your day more enjoyable.
