Depending on the season, you might hook into Great Barracuda, Skipjack, Cero Mackerel, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Horse-eye Jack, King Mackerel (Kingfish), White Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, and whatever else is biting. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Trips aboard La Diosa del Mar 1 are open to the whole family, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there is one on board. Snacks are permitted on board, so bring your favorites to keep your energy up throughout the trip!
Your day begins aboard a 26' sportfishing boat with space for up to 4 passengers. It features outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and everything you need for a productive day on the water.
You'll find rods, reels, tackle, and lures waiting for you.
You'll also have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may need to release some fish due to local regulations. Simply ask your captain, who can tell you more.
