If you don't have one whole day to spare to go fishing, half-day excursions are the next best thing. On your to-catch list is a variety of species – Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Steelhead, Walleye, Catfish, and more. Bring your fishing license with you, as well as some drinks and snacks. Rain gear is also a good idea in the autumn months.
Maybe half day trip Bass expedition isn't enough for your fishing appetites, and if so, this 9-hour trip will do the trick. Start fishing as soon as the sun rises and spend the rest of your day finding the hottest Smallmouth Bass action. Don't forget warm clothes, drinks, food, and of course, a valid fishing license.
You and the captain will be fishing Walleye in Door County, Wisconsin or the southern bay of Green Bay. Capt. Randy is a retired law enforcement officer and would like to share his time and stories with America's heroes.

Smallmouth Bass in the 5-7+ lb. range is not uncommon while fishing the waters of Door County and Lake Michigan. An average day of bass fishing typically yields catches of 20-40+ Smallmouth bass a day. Good days on the water can provide some unforgettable catches of 50-100 bass days! Our primary areas our bass trips are run out of include Sturgeon Bay, Sturgeon Bay Shipping Channel, Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, Ephraim, Sister Bay, Washington Island, and Rowleys Bay. Locations depend on the time of year/wind.

It gives us time to settle into these spots and room to try different styles of fishing (trolling, drifting, jigging, etc.) Perfect for older folks and families with kids.
This is a 4-hour trip with both AM and PM departure options. The trip leaves from an agreed-upon location, chosen for safety and where the fishing has been best. We will try to accommodate your preferences if you would like to fish a specific area around Door County.
A 5-hour smallmouth bass trip focuses on casting techniques and targeting trophy fish throughout Green Bay and Door County. All smallmouth bass are catch-and-release to help protect the fishery. Fish typically range from 3–7 pounds, with opportunities for some true giants. Captain Riley will explain the use of side imaging, down imaging, mapping, and live sonar. Launch points range throughout Door County and farther north, with the meeting point communicated a few days prior.
