Surf City Skipjack Fishing Charters

Our most popular option! This is a traditional charter for up to 4 fishermen. It's a great opportunity for families, as you can target nearshore species, like Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, King Mackerel, and Cobia without ever leaving sight of land. This trip runs from just off the beach to 10 miles offshore (weather dependent).

Spend 4 hours fishing shallow water areas with light tackle throwing artificials and live bait. Also, sight fishing is one of the captain's specialties. Everyone loves to see the fish in the water before it bites the hook!

An inshore/nearshore trip targeting a variety of species such as redfish, flounder, trout, striper, black drum, sheepshead, and spanish mackerel. Captain Pierre provides all the gear necessary for the trip!

Bring your loved ones and share the adventure on this short trip. There's still enough time to catch the tastiest lunch. You can go after Sheepshead, Flounder, Redfish, Trout, Black Drum, and many more. All fishing equipment is included in the price.

If your party is larger than 3 adults please contact prior to booking. Thank you We will be covering the area coastal marsh flats for redfish to nearshore locations. You can go after Black Drum, Trout, Flounder and more (within legal seasons etc). If you're lucky you might end up bagging Sheepshead. Trips are priced 1-3 people. It is an additional $50 per person. (TIME IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE). A trip lasting for 4 hours.

Great for families and first-time anglers! Stays within sight of land and target Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Atlantic Bonita, Black Sea Bass, and other reef fish.

Nearshore charters allow anglers to venture into the ocean while still remaining close to land. This option is by far the most kid-friendly ocean fishing experience. Nearshore trips are great to introduce people to ocean fishing and usually offer better conditions than offshore trips. This is great for anglers targeting species such as Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Bonito, False Albacore, Sharks, Bluefish, and Grey Trout.

On this trip, up to 30 miles will be covered while trolling and bottom fishing, targeting Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel, Grouper, Grunts, Snapper, etc. This is a cooler buster for sure! **This trip will last 10 hours. The 12 hour time shown is set for a buffer**

This is a great trip for kids or someone thats new to fishing in the ocean. You will be fishing 2-4 miles from the inlet and land will be close by. You will use bottom fishing techniques with cut and live bait. You will also have the chance to catch sharks to experience the power and fun fight they deliver.
