We can prepare sashimi or ceviche right on board to enjoy immediately or filet your catch to take to a local restaurant to prepare a meal for the whole family. If you do not have your own rod the boat has the equipment. Being an American-made boat it is very versatile at sea.

We went out to sea in search of pelagic species about 15 miles offshore, looking for dorado, yellowfin tuna, sailfish, and marlin. We also looked for roosterfish, jacks, barracuda, red snapper, and groupers.
