Wanchese White Marlin Fishing Charters

This is the Outer Banks' premier fishing trip. It gives you the best chance to catch a trophy fish. Fish the bluewater of the Gulf Stream for all offshore gamefish including Yellowfin, Bigeye and Blackfin Tuna, Dolphin (Mahi), Blue and White Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, and many other species.

On this trip we venture out to the Gulfstream 40 miles offshore. There we will set out and troll for Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Sailfish, and anything else that is biting. We could hook up on a big shark! Capt. will discuss departure time, but usually this trip leaves the dock at 5 am. and will return in the late afternoon. Bring plenty to drink and eat. This trip typically is 15–35 miles from the inlet. This trip gives you the flexibility to target different species depending on the season and weather. You'll be fishing for Tilefish when in season, Amberjack, King Mackerel, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, and the occasional White Marlin or Sailfish. This is a great trip to target larger species without the pressure of a full-day offshore trip. Seasonal.

Offshore full-day trips target Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, Marlin/Billfish, and Tile fish(bottom fishing) 20% tip of full bill is customary to mates

These charters are designed to venture between 3 and 20 miles outside the inlet. The species often available on these trips include king mackerel, spanish mackerel, bluefish and on occasion some mahi. Also amberjack, false albacore and cobia when in season. Since these species are seasonal please always discuss what species you might expect to target on your intermediate charter before leaving the dock.

Sea Hag will be trolling for Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Gaffer and Bailer Mahi, Sailfish, White Marlin and Blue Marlin.

Get ready, we are going to the Gulfstream! When you get to the fishing grounds, be ready to reel in some Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, and/or Billfish! Pack your own food and drinks and leave the rest to Roanoke Sportfishing!

Leaving the docks at 4:30AM, returning at 3:30 PM with 11 hours of offshore fishing targeting Tuna, Tilefish, Mahi, Wahoo, White Marlin, Blue Marlin, and Sailfish. If you're looking for that trophy fish, this is the trip for you.

The four-hour trip is ideal for families and novices. On this trip we'll troll mainly for spanish mackeral, blue fish and ribbon fish. This trip allows groups to experience Outer Banks fishing and allows time to get back to your vacation!

This trip is not booked way in advance as weather can determine the trip... It is a full day trip to the Gulfstream trolling for pelagic species. Seasons will determine the target species and will mostly be Mahi, Wahoo and Marlin this year.
