Long Beach Rockfish Fishing Charters

Choose your fishing buddies and go fishing. These short trips are also great for families with children, as you won't go too far from the coast. You need to purchase fishing licenses and bring your snacks and drinks. Departure also possible at 9:00 a.m.

Fishing outside the break wall up to 10 miles out to target Bass, Rockfish, Sculpin, Sheepshead, Barracuda, Halibut, and if lucky, you can get Yellowtail on summer days. Customers 16+ must purchase a California fishing license prior to the trip. We will provide you with the best service guaranteed. Fishing outside the harbor usually 2-6 miles out at the rockpiles and kelp line for Calico Bass and local shallow water Rockfish.

Take a trip to the beautiful Catalina Island aboard a beautiful fishing yacht. This island offers great fishing opportunities for chasing Yellowtail, Bonito, Barracuda, Bass, Rockfish, and many other fine species. You and the captain will depart at 6:00 a.m. and return at 4:00 p.m.

On these trips, we will be fishing along the coast in the Long Beach/Los Angeles area, wherever we feel the fishing will be the best. These trips usually target Calico Bass, Sand Bass, Halibut, and Rockfish. The cost of the trip includes all fishing tackle, bait, crew, and fish cleaning. Not included is your California fishing license or tips for the crew. Feel free to bring anything you wish to eat or drink. These trips usually depart around 8:00 a.m. and return around 1:00 p.m.

Catalina Island. We provide the full setups for a fun day with lots of miscellaneous fish and targeting whopper Yellowtail or Tuna. Or we can go paddy hopping, flylining or bottom drifting (You're in charge). Fuel is included. You can stop for lunch in Avalon or drop off the girls to shop a while while the boys continue to fish. Back to our dock in Long Beach by 7pm.

Perfect for beginners, families, or those short on time, this half-day charter focuses on inshore waters for fast-paced fishing action. Target local species like calico bass, sand bass, halibut, or barracuda (seasonal). We'll get lines in the water quickly and maximize every minute. Great for kids or first-timers looking for fun without a full-day commitment.

6-Hour Nearshore Fishing Trip Beginner-Friendly • Short Ride • Calm Waters A relaxed 6-hour nearshore trip ideal for beginners and families. Target species: Rockfish, Lingcod. All-inclusive (except gratuity): gear, bait, water, instant noodles. Guests 16+ need a CA fishing license. Annual licenses require the Ocean Enhancement Validation. One- and two-day licenses do not require a separate validation.
