Homer Chinook Salmon Fishing Charters

Enjoy a day of targeting Halibut out of the Halibut capital of the world! This full-day adventure will give you lots of moments to remember. All fishing equipment is included, you just need to bring your fishing license and packs some snacks and drinks for the day.

Combo trips are a great way to add a variety of fishing styles to your trip and ability to bring more fish home. On this trip we will split the time between bottom fishing for Halibut and trolling for salmon.

No visit to Alaska is complete without spending a day on the water fishing. This trip is a Halibut Combo trip adding on an opportunity for Rockfish, Cod or Salmon. Meet your captain & crew at 6:30 a.m. at our Spit Office before you walk down to the harbor & get settled in for a scenic ride that will take you away from the crowds into pristine Alaska's coastal wilderness. Worried about motion sickness? We have some of the only vessels in Alaska that have Seakeeper gyro stabilization systems installed.

This is a shared trip approximately 8 hours in duration. Based on the tides, we will target everyone's halibut limits. Our focus will then shift to salmon. King salmon are present in our waters all the time, so make sure you have a king salmon stamp. From mid-July through the rest of the season, more plentiful numbers of pink and silver salmon are also available. If you know you want to target halibut and salmon, this is your trip.

Have the boat all to yourself and enjoy a day on the water chasing Halibut and either Salmon, Rockfish, or Pacific Cod! If you want Salmon have a King Salmon stamp. Your Captain can also tell you which other species has been most productive to go along with your tasty Halibut!

This Salmon and Rockfish Combo Trip is a 6 hour option designed for days when halibut fishing is closed but still want time on the water. The trip is especially popular on Tuesdays and Wednesday from June 1- end of season. This charter can accommodate up to 6 anglers making it a good choice for families, small groups and anglers of mixed fishing levels. All rods ,reels, tackle and guidance are included with hands on instruction throughout the trip.

Private boat 8 hour day trolling for Salmon. 4 angler maximum. King Salmon stamp is required to keep king salmon.

This is an EARLY SEASON trip that is discounted due to cooler air temperatures. This is a private charter for up to six anglers and is great for families and groups that do not want to fish with others. We typically start the day targeting Halibut and work to secure everyone's daily limit of two. Then, since this is your charter, we can target whatever other fish you want. This can include bottom fishing for Rockfish and Pacific Cod. Or trying your hand at Mooching for Salmon.
