Jacksonville Speckled Trout Fishing Charters

Can head up to 50 miles out, bottom fishing the ledges and wrecks or slow trolling live bait for Kingfish, Cobia, Amberjack and Sailfish. Times will vary depending on your availability, wants and needs. Great trip to try out some new techniques.

Get on the water early and see what Northeast Florida has to offer. We'll be targeting inshore species such as trout, flounder, redfish and many more. Or we can troll the Nearshore wrecks for palegics.

The 4-hour trip is great for kids or a quick outing to get that fishing fix. This trip can be done in the morning or afternoon!

We will be fishing the beautiful St. John's river where it enters the Atlantic Ocean in Northeast Florida. Not only will you catch numerous species of fish native to the area but you will observe Dolphin,Porpoise,Manatees and a wide variety of birds including Osprey,Bald Eagle,Pelicans,Swallowtail kites just to name a few.

ONE PRICE COVERS YOUR DAY. This fishing charter is Max. 2 persons.(Children over 10) up to 6 hrs. (You can fish less, it's up to you) Up to 6 hour trips. A 6 hr. trip has always been my standard day, I've offered for 30 years. This covers you. You are picking 1 day out of 365! We'll be departing at 7-8:30am depending on season. I operate a small fishing charter dedicated to helping beginners have an awesome first experience on the water. I keep my prices affordable while making sure every trip is fun, relaxed, and focused on catching fish. My goal is simple: give you the best experience possible without the high charter prices.

We will mainly be targeting redfish in the creeks. Other target species will be speckle trout and flounder. I like to use live bait as well as artificial lures. I have the departure time set to 8 AM but that is not a strict timeline. If you have the flexibility to go later in the day, that can be arranged. Alot of fishing is playing the tide right so the departure time can be adjusted based on what the tide is doing on a particular day. I want to give you the best experience I can!

Jetty trips are great for kids and families . The late spring and summer ushers in warm waters and even more action on the jetty rocks . Sheepshead, snappers, redfish, blackdrum, jacks , sharks , and even mackeral are options in the warm months . This trip is a grear option if the weather does not permit offshore fishing . This is also a great trip to dolphin watch .
