Texas Saltwater Adventures is owned an operated by Captain Leaf Potter, a seasoned local captain who has been running fishing charters in the waters around Freeport and Rockport, Texas, for well over two decades. A very well respected captain in the area, he has built his business to the extent that he now owns four boats. When he's not taking out a fishing trip himself, you will find his son, Capt. Cole Potter, who also grew up on these water's, is ready and waiting to share his passion for fishing with you. This family-owned duo is excited to get you on fish!

Half Day Trip – Spring Break (PM) • 3 adults • 2 childrenCaptaib Leaf was awesome and easy to talk to. this was my girls (8 and 6) first time on a boat and first time fishing and he made sure they had a blast. He put us on a bunch of sheepshead right away. Great trip for anyone looking to fry some fish at the end of the day.

Our inshore 24 ft boat and offshore trips 32 ft boat have been on fire. Inshore trout, redfish, drum, mangrove snapper. Lots of action lately. On the gulf side bull reds sharks jackfish. Big fish trip on the 32 ft boat.

This last week of april ealry may has been on fire. Lots of action on our inshore bay trips and nearshore gulf beach front trips. From speckled trout, mangrove snapper, flounder, to big bull reds and sharks. All our trip options have been good lately including flounder gigging!
