  The whole trip was fantastic. Detailed and very timely communication from the beginning. He took us out to various locations, explaining why he chose each different location based on weather and our preffered fishing techniques. Both me and my wife are fairly inexperienced in saltwater fishing, but the captain explained all the techniques very well and had us catching fish in no time. For perspective, my wife has never really enjoyed fishing, and she said this tour was the highlight of our entire vacation. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would recommend it to anyone who has even a slight interest in fishing.

  What a fantastic young couple from the US. One of the best days of fishing this season. Started with strong NE wind. It was impossible to go out on open water and fish. So, we adapt and find some protected area and start fishing. Great atmosphere, great energy, and conversation. Several Common Pandora, but Scorpion fish was highlight of the day. Thanks, guys, for the incredible morning on the sea . You are always welcome.

  What an amazing day

  From beginning to end this experience was outstanding, Zeljko was great, from when we booked he was quick to respond and arranged a pick up time and place, we was offered an early departure and gladly accepted which was great as we got to be out at sea nice and early, Not only did Zeljko explain everything perfectly he also gave us the history and some facts about the spots we were fishing in, we did catch some small fish but the bites were few so we decided to go to the blue caves which was an amazing experience, Zeljko recommended some restaurants and took us to the one we chose on lopud which was absolutely stunning, we went to another spot to fish after lunch but the fish just didn't want to bite so Zeljko took us to one of his favorite spots and showed us another cave that we dived and swam in again absolutely amazing.. We really enjoyed Zeljko,s company, he shared stories and local history that we just wouldn't have got on an average excursion. Zeljko also had a selection of drinks available to us all day and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend One fish changes everything and can't wait to revisit again.   it is more than fishing itself, but a jouney with lots of amazing moments. Captain Zeljko has rich experience and expertise on fishing and everything regaring sea and croatia. two spices and five fish are the result of combat. Zeljko dived into sea and find out some urchins and unknown shell ( called sea egg). that’s first time to enjoy the raw seafood on the boat. It’s definitely the highlight and happy ending of the croatia travel. highly recommended for perfect captain and all assignment.

  Great trip, couldn't have asked for a better captain!

  Zeljko was a great captain, his English was excellent and the boat was immaculate with top of the range equipment. Although conditions weren't ideal for fishing due to very high water temperatures, we still managed to catch some delicious blue fish. We stopped on our way back to the port and done some snorkelling with Zeljko who is a very skilled freediver. He caught us some Adriatic sea eggs which we enjoyed with Prosecco, this was the perfect end to a great trip.

  Amazing day catching fish!!

  As a freshwater guide for 20+ years, I know what top notch service looks like and this was it. Zeljko was incredibly knowledgeable about fishing, explaining how we would be fishing and what fish we would be targeting. We were into fish pretty quick and everyone caught several different species of fish. Bigeye and snapper were the best fish of the day. We had such a great time. The morning was over too soon. Thanks for a fantastic day captain Zeljko.

  Wonderful Guests & Great Anglers! It was an absolute pleasure hosting this wonderful family! You brought fantastic energy, great communication, and a truly positive attitude to the boat.During our trip, they were eager to try something new and quickly adopted the light jigging technique. They did an amazing job, managing to catch several beautiful fish. What made it even more special was their immediate decision to release the fish safely back into the water—a beautiful demonstration of true sportsmanship and respect for marine life.
