However the moment he found out we came from Fresno he abandoned all his plan for the day and took us for fishing. And to say it all, this kind hearted gentleman refused to take the balance payment at end of the trip from us which was $282.00 we insisted but he will not collect the money from us. Wow!! what a person. God bless you and your family Jerry!!!! love you!!!

Half Day Trip - Shared (AM) • 3 adults • 1 childWe could not have had a better experience, even though the fishing was slow. Mr. Frye called me the day before and told me the fishing was going to be slow and offered an alternative date. We decided to stay with this date and was glad we did. My wife caught her first salmon, a beautiful 20lb. fish. My grandson did not catch a salmon but was treated with kindness and encouragement that will make him want to go back. He did catch two squaw fish. Thank you Jerry!!!!

First bite of morning was a bruiser 18.5 inches with girth and over 3 pounds.
Making memories and getting out into nature, Bald Eagles, Osprey, and great weather. Plus some of the best eating landlocked Salmon in Northern California!

Got Quality Big Stripers on plugs & minn

Well I was summoned back to the Striper grounds in Colusa Ca. And they didn’t disappoint! Boats were constantly netting fish
We started trolling with lures dressed with K Brock white worms that had various colors of tails, red, floruresent green, pink n plain white. Had several good bites and lost a couple but landed big fish of day on a lure.
Lure bite stopped so we switched to minnows.
Using K-Brock brand new line of Rods with Lifetime Guarantee ( If you need a new rod this spring check them out)
First minnow dropped resulted in a nice 22” keeper.
Finished limited on minnows.

The striper bite has been phenomenal.
Cool mornings and warm afternoons make being on the Sacramento river even more enjoyable. So far finding the honey hole has not been a challenge. Everyone has limited out each and every day on my
20’ Jetcraft boat. We’re fishing live minnows, or trolling lures with K Brock

The water is a bit stained still but that hasn’t slowed the Striped Bass from finding our minnows, or lures!
Limits have been the rule every day!
