- Hi there! My name is Johnny Rodriguez Jr. and I am a middle school teacher/ fishing guide. I've been fishing the Lower Laguna Madre since I was 5 years old. Back in the early 1990s, my dad would get my brother and I after he got out of work and we would fish till sundown on his 13' Dargel Scooter. I strive to put over 25 years of experience into every trip to ensure that my customers have a great time on the water.
