  We had an absolutely incredible day salmon fishing with Captain Jesse! The boat was super smooth, comfortable, and perfect for a day on the water with kids. Jesse was amazing with our kids—patient, encouraging, and genuinely took the time to teach them, understand each of them, and make sure they were involved in the entire experience. They had tons of opportunities to reel in fish, which made the day so much fun. And the fishing was unbelievable! We came home with a haul of 8 big salmon and had 50+ hits and opportunities throughout the day. There was constant action and excitement! We couldn’t recommend Captain Jesse enough, especially for families. An unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Canada! We wait to come back and fish with him again!

  We had an amazing fishing trip with Captain Jesse! From the moment we got on the boat, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. It was just me and my son, and we had an incredible day catching plenty of salmon. We were able to keep our legal limit and released the rest, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Captain Jesse knew exactly where to find the fish, was patient, answered all of our questions, and made the trip fun from start to finish. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and everything was organized perfectly. If you’re looking for a memorable salmon fishing charter, I highly recommend Captain Jesse. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

  We had an incredible day out on the water with Sea Leggs Fishing Adventures in Sooke, BC. From start to finish, the experience was relaxed, friendly, and absolutely unforgettable. Captain Jesse was knowledgeable and easygoing, making us feel comfortable even though we were newbies to salt water fishing and the island. For us the focus was on catch and release, something we really appreciated as we were traveling home the next day and unable to keep any. We had plenty of action throughout the morning, landing multiple fish of different species, all gorgeous! Even when the fish weren’t biting (rarely), it didn’t matter much because the scenery alone would have been worth the trip. The coastline around Sooke is stunning, with rugged cliffs, calm waters, and the occasional wildlife sighting that made the whole experience feel special. Everything was well organized, the gear was in great condition, and the vibe was perfect, not rushed or commercial—just an amazing morning on the ocean. Highly recommend this charter if you’re looking for a laid-back, scenic fishing experience with a strong respect for nature. These prairie folks will definitely be back...thanks Jesse! ☮️♥️🦭🐟🦅

  Captain Jesse is awesome!!! We had an amazing day catching Chinook and Coho, the boat and all his gear are top notch, he was very accommodating, very friendly and personable, he was fantastic with my son and made sure he was involved in all the action. I can't say enough good things, we had a lot of action, which we know can't happen eveyday but Captain Jesse is your best bet to be on the fish!!!
