- Captain John Rainone is one of the most experienced and capable captains in Rhode Island. He has been running charters for over four decades and was President of the RI Party & Charter Boat Association for over a quarter of a century. Captain John became a fisherman because he enjoyed fishing and wanted to establish a 2nd career. My customers enjoy fishing on L'il Toot and most become like family. There is no stress, yelling, or fear on L'il Toot. Capt. John, Capt. Mike and his mates are professionals that enjoy helping you catch fish and enjoying your day on the water. We cater to experienced fishermen as well as novice, women, children and families. Capt. might even cookl up some of the fish you catch so you can see how good they are to eat. Just ask the Capt. any questions you have and you both will put together a great memory that will last a lifetime.
