First timers should do bottom fishing for more success, and have patience. The Captain knows the best locations to find fish, but it’s never guaranteed. We have fished twice now in Nassau and had much success both times!

Ask when booking about snorkeling with the sea turtles. They have the gear on the boat and put you RIGHT there. As someone who has never snorkeled before today, I can tell you it was one of the most surreal experiences I've had. Also, make sure you’ve got plenty of sunscreen. The sun will cook you!!

choose what you want to fish for. it yiu want big fish, need ro expect to go home empty handed. smaller bottom fish are more plentiful and easy to clean and eat.

There was a lot of wind and therefore quite a few waves on the day we went. The captain did everything he could to take us to calmer spots. It was perfect.

Captain Moxey and his crew did a fantastic job, actively looking for fish the entire time.
We were able to land a mahi-mahi and then split the rest of the trip for bottom fishing to make sure our kids could land and catch multiple fish.
captain moxey was approachable and friendly. Staff worked great with kids the entire time.
would highly recommend and recommend this trip for anyone. Would easily book with yellowtail again.
