Hybrid Chaos !WHat a Day!

What a day on the Chesapeake! The fishing was about as good as it gets from start to finish. We kicked things off trolling and put a few Spanish mackerel in the boat while searching for cobia. Once we found the menhaden schools, we switched over to live bait and the action turned on. We landed three beautiful Virginia cobia, with one earning a ride back to the dock for the dinner table. To cap off an already incredible day, we made the switch to shark fishing—and the sharks absolutely showed up. We landed five sharks, including a monster 12-foot sand tiger, two more sand tigers around 10 feet, and two hard-fighting sandbar sharks measuring 8 feet and 5 feet.
