While we have been out fishing most days of this month, we haven't published any reports lately.
Here's one where we managed to hook a really good-looking wahoo, which is a great fish for grilling because it's firm and meaty, making it less likely to fall apart on the grill.
Try marinating it with a combination of olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. After grilling serve with lime wedges. Wahoo can dry out quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. It's best served medium-rare to medium. One of our favorite recipes!
