Spring is a great time to see the ocean come to life with some awesome species. Grey trout and bonito are at the top of the list and the menu as both are great fighters and excellent table fare. I have several open dates with the calendar up to date for the month of April! I'm looking forward to meeting new clients and meeting new families.
