Captain Mike is the man. He joked with us before we left that Erie is the Walleye fishing capital of the world, only it was no joke. We didn't have our lines in the water long before my two brothers and I we're pulling them in left and right while Mike was constantly resetting the lines and yelling "Fish On" seemingly seconds after we had just got the last one in the boat. While you can never guarantee a successful fishing trip, Mike definitely put us in the best possible position to have a busy day and we were out and back in a little over 2 hours with our full limit of fish. An awesome day and we were extremely grateful!

    Had an awesome time on this trip for my buddy’s bachelor party! The captain was great, the whole experience was a blast, and we put some fish in the boat. It was the perfect way to spend the day with the guys and made the bachelor party even more memorable. Definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking for a great time on the water! 🎣

    We took our grandsons and our friend on a great excursion with Captain Mike! Caught walleye immediately. Geneva-on-the-Lake, walleye capital of the world. Mike knew exactly where to find the biggest fish in the lake. Big recommendation!

    Captain Mike took me and my family (including my 6 year old daughter) out following some rough windy/weather and made Lake Erie eye fishing look easy in challenging conditons. We boated a limit of perfect eater fish (16-23” for all 5 of us). You can count on Mike (Hookin Hogs) for a great, family friendly fishing adventure!
