Absolutely Epic day with Captain Manuel!

Our day started out perfect with a double hookup on Striped Marlin. We landed one and lost the other. We followed this up with a beautiful Mahi, then a double hookup on Mahi. After less than 3 hours of fishing, we had released a beautiful marlin, had 3 Mahi onboard, and had 3 seasick teenagers in big seas. I asked Captain Manuel to start trolling toward the harbor and pull up gear in a half hour. Well right before we pulled up gear, Captain Manuel spotted a huge Striped Marlin and made a move to get on him. 2 minutes later we hooked up and caught a jumbo marlin! In 3.5 hours of lines in the water, we hit at least 6 Mahi and 4 striped marlin. This crew is amazing. They’re kind, fun, experienced, and constantly work hard to put you on fish and make your trip top notch. They run excellent gear and tackle. I can’t possibly say enough good things. Truly Amazing.

    5 Marlin in One Day

    Had an incredible day out with Black Marlin Sport Fishing! Captain Manuel Sr. and his first mate Manuel Jr. clearly know these waters — they got us on marlin fast and kept the action going all day. We ended up landing 5 marlin, which blew away our expectations. The father-son team made the whole trip smooth and fun, from prepping the gear to helping fight the fish. One of our catches was impressive enough that we're having it mounted as a trophy to remember the trip by. If you're looking for a charter that delivers real results and great company on the water, Black Marlin Sport Fishing is the way to go. We'll definitely be booking with Captain Manuel again!

    Great Charter!

    We had a great time with Captain Manuel and Manuel Jr. We hooked 6 Striped Marlin and got 3 onboard for pictures then release which is exactly how we prefer our catches. Very communicative before the charter answering questions. The boat was very comfortable for 4 anglers and I believe 6 anglers would be comfortable as well. I loved that it had the fighting chairs. It makes reeling your catch in much more manageable. My husband and I are avid anglers and have done charters throughout the Caribbean and Central America. This one definitely met our expectations. We had two friends with us this trip who fish, but have never done an offshore charter and are less experienced catching big species. Manuel Jr. was patient and instructive with them which helped their day be just as great as ours. I would definitely book another charter with Black Marlin Sportfishing!

    Amazing fishing charter

    This, by far, was one of our most memorable charters. Captain Miguel along with his son, Miguel were absolutely incredible. They got us on fish almost immediately. There were five in our party and we each had an opportunity to reel some in. Being our first trip to Cabo, it gives me great pleasure to recommend Black Marlin Sportfishing. We will definitely be returning with friends and family. Finished the day with a 79 pound yellowtail. Way to go gentlemen and thank you for a wonderful day on the water.

    Look No Further!!!

    Look No Further!!! Fantastic crew with Captain Manuel and his son Manny and a great boat. English speaking, very knowledgeable, and fished their butts off! Was hands down the best day I have ever had on the water (And I have fished all over the world and I am a very avid fisherman). We went 5 for 6 on Marlin (Caught 5 lost 1), a nice Mahi and lost a Wahoo. Bring your own food and bevrages and I highly recommend you purchase live bait to increase your chances. Tight Lines!!!

    Great time with Captain Manoel and his crew

    We had a great experience with Captain Manoel and his son, Manoel Jr. The boat was kept tidy and clean the entire time—something that really matters when you're out for a family fishing trip, like my wife and I were. Captain Manoel knows the area inside out and knows exactly where to find the fish. Manoel Jr. was extremely polite and highly competent in all his duties and assistance. I’ve fished in many places, and I can say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had—not just because we caught fish (since there are days when they simply don't show up), but because of the knowledge, courtesy, and attentiveness of the Captain and his crew. Highly recommended.
